Slings moved to draftspace

Thanks for your contributions to Slings. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it has no indication of notability of the subject and it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

@Zackmann08 Thanks for the instructions, I did exactly as you said. I added more translated text from the Italian article version (https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slings) and with that came more sources and citations so I definitely think it meets notability guidelines now. I moved it from the draft to mainspace. As for the prior existing draft page, Draft:Slings , it now exists as a redirect page to the main article. Please feel free to delete this draft/redirect page as it basically serves no purpose. Thanks again! VolumeRunner (talk) 23:08, 6 August 2026 (UTC)

Please refer to the existing discussion directly above your entry here. I fixed Slings already by adding more refs and expanding the page, the user above had no issues with me moving it out of the draftspace into mainspace. I'll be moving it back again now. Don't interfere again please, this is already a resolved issue and I work hard on these articles. Please be helpful instead: feel free to delete Draft:Slings once I move it back to mainspace, by the way, as I'm entirely uncertain how to do that. VolumeRunner (talk) 05:01, 16 August 2026 (UTC)

I draftified your article because it doesn't appear to meet WP:BAND. I still believe this to be the case, but others could disagree with me. So, I'd recommend trying to publish the article through the AfC process, so that other experienced editors can review it. Otherwise, if you move it back, I won't move it again, but other patrollers might depending on what they think. Axolitl (talk | contribs) 05:35, 16 August 2026 (UTC)
