I was just about to accept the draft when it was declined. I have asked the reviewer to look again, but if he doesn't accept it in a day or two,, I will. I have very wide experience with the bios of scientists here, and I am quite sure the article can be defended. In the meantime, what would clarify its importance most is a reference to an article on him in a general encycopedia in any language -- Czech or , preferably, German.
