Hi, I'm writing this in some haste, as you seem to be on a spree of redlink removals. Please read WP:redlinks. We should only remove redlinks if we've carefully checked whether it's justified. Some of the redlinks you removed at Roman roads were red only because they were misspelled or mis-targeted. I've fixed some of those. Others I've left because it seems a reasonable guess that they will at some point be given articles. So please check before you edit. You can't possibly be checking at the rate you're going! It would be a good thing if you reviewed your edits so far. Thanks, Haploidavey (talk) 13:16, 22 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for your courteous reply on my talkpage! You were obviously editing in the best of faith, and deserved a positive response. I've only undone a couple of redlink removals on the Roman roads page, and a small number elsewhere. Some (in particular the South African legal cases) seem amazingly obscure and are probably best left that way. Actually, you seem to be doing OK, and that's quite an acheivement for a newcomer. And I do mean what I say (in the Welcome message above) about getting in touch if you need to. Editing's a lovely activity, but sometimes complex and more than a little challenging. Best wishes, Haploidavey (talk) 16:51, 22 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
