Advantage of terrain
editNo problem! It was a good idea for an article and a good start. I'm just a novice editor trying to help out, so feel free to revert or modify any of the stuff I do if you've got different ideas. I think the only major thing the article needs fixed is the cites. When I get some time I'll try to get back to it. Checkout Template:Cite web for the proper syntax in case you have any questions about cites. Nice to see you here contributing! Buddy23Lee (talk) 20:42, 16 April 2010 (UTC)
Santiago!
editHello. I was hoping you may be able to get a reference for your new article that's a little closer to an original source. The reference you have added only mentions "Santiago", not the whole phrase, and it doesn't list the sources of its information. I've left it, and created a reflist, but it doesn't back up the much of the information, so another good source is required.
thanks - Nihola (talk) 15:08, 20 August 2010 (UTC)
Hi, I realize that I only have one reference, and that it's not a very good one, but I will continue to find more. I tend to run into this problem often.- User:Wastedgrunt36
History of Europe
editI semi-protected History of Europe for 3 days so only established users can edit it. That's a better solution when multiple anonymous IP addresses vandalize an article, instead of just one vandal.
Also, when you post a warning, you should do it on the editor's talk page. You posted warnings on the anonymous IP user pages instead. ~Amatulić (talk) 05:22, 25 September 2010 (UTC)
Plevne March
edit- Hello. I've seen your message today. I'll be pleased to help you. There are a lot different lines of the march and I wonder what lines you didn't understand. Could you explain? See you...--Gökçe Yörük (talk) 20:05, 8 March 2011 (UTC)

Plevne March, again
editHi. Here is the translation.
- Tuna River says I don't flow (Tuna nehri akmam diyor)
- I don't burst my banks (Etrafımı yıkmam diyor)
If you want me to translate other lines, sent me a message. Thanks.--Gökçe Yörük (talk) 09:04, 10 April 2011 (UTC)

Europe 10,000 Challenge invite
editHi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 21:10, 7 November 2016 (UTC)
Wikipedia:WikiProject United States/The 50,000 Challenge
editYou are invited to participate in the 50,000 Challenge, aiming for 50,000 article improvements and creations for articles relating to the United States. This effort began on November 1, 2016 and to reach our goal, we will need editors like you to participate, expand, and create. See more here! |
