Hi Diannaa, thanks for your feedback on my contribution. The sources cited are actually publicly available for reference (which is how I was able to reference them). I will certainly clarify in the article that the ISO standards are copyright however the definitions contained in the article references are in the public domain (with a source citation). Are you able to reinstate the content that was removed so I can provide the required clarifications? Otherwise I will have to create the entry all over again.
