• First alarm bell is, you said "our name". Wikipedia accounts are per person and cannot represent a group.

• The second is, it sounds like you want to write about yourself, which is generally a bad idea, and discouraged.

Ask for help. Talk to us live, or edit this page, put {{helpme}} and describe what help you need. Someone will reply very quickly - usually within a few minutes. Play in your user area. For example, create User:Wayne James Sheppard/test. Edit existing articles, before you make your own. Look at some subjects that you know about, and see if you can make them a bit better. I'll answer your question

To add a wikipedia page that is headed by Wayne James Sheppard (without the word user in front of it), click on Wayne James Sheppard and type away. As for a biography format, 1. click on Wayne James Sheppard, 2, add "{{subst:Biography}}" (add everything between the " ", including the double brackets), 3. save. Then, 4. replace the Biography template text with the text Biography, references, etc. To get your photos to appear in Wikipedia, upload them into commons.wikimedia.org.
