Two things. Welcome to Wikipedia! When communicating in another editor's talk page, click on the "new section". That will place your remarks at the proper place. I was editing with a Wikipedia tool that identifies potential vandalism. It sometimes identifies changes wrongly. You can always revert and explain the edit in the summary. Sockpuppet investigation

Hi. An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. Request reason:

i was blocked, because of editing some of the pages that another user previously edited and blocked. There are about twenty thousand people migrated to Australia from Lefke Region of Northern Cyprus, does that mean none of these people can edit anything on WP regarding this region, because another user namely Hadgimarvi did? Or to be able to edit, do we have to edit the way Greeks and their representative on WP Dr.K. and his team want us to?
