Hello Flat Out, and thanks a lot for reviewing my article about Halcon (Software)! You state "There are insufficient sources that relate directly to the subject" - and I am wondering: keeping in mind I quoted the most important professional journal there is in English language about Machine Vision, as well as the very few standard reference books there are about machine vision software, and the worldwide ONLY blog about this topic, and all of them write about HALCON and its applications - what else should I quote? Publications in other languages maybe?
Being a small niche, there is not too much literature about this topic. However, as it is very scientific, the literature which is out there is also written by real experts and thus, in my opinion, in a very high publication quality.
I totally understand that a topic has to be notable to be listed in Wikipedia. Also understanding how many industrial applications are depending on and running with HALCON (including the NASA Robonaut) in a lot of economical sectors (incl. semiconductor industry, agribusiness, food industry, automotive or medicine), I think it is quite notable indeed.
Please let me know your suggestions what I could change about the references. Maybe you could give me 1 or 2 concrete examples why my references are insufficient? That would be great! Thanks a lot for your help!
