Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Dorothy Stringer High School. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been automatically reverted.
- If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
- ClueBot NG makes very few mistakes, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been considered as unconstructive, please read about it, report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.

Please stop your disruptive editing, as you did at Dorothy Stringer High School. Your edits have been reverted or removed.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

Before anybody puts any more vandalism warnings here please examine the history carefully. In my opinion, the editor is editing in good faith and the edits are not vandalism. I'm not giving an opinion on whether or not it was right to revert the contributions but they are certainly not vandalism and the reversions need a better justification than that. There is certainly no grounds for threatening the user with blocks here. SpinningSpark 10:41, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
Wholeschool1, sorry you are getting a rough time here, but there is a lot of vandalism on this site that has to be dealt with and mistakes do occassionaly get made. My apologies to you. SpinningSpark 11:24, 6 June 2014 (UTC)

Getting Started
editHi Wholeschool1! I'm responding here to posts on my talk page as well as those here... I think your work at Dorothy Stringer High School is getting reverted for a number of reasons, and not just by me. Make an effort to learn more about Wikipedia, and you will be able to edit much more effectively. Take some time to read WP:CONPOL. Some issues you are having may include writing from a non-neutral point of view see WP:NPOV, for instance blanking out large sections of information that may portray a side of the story you don't like. Also, as someone directly involved in the article, you face some issues with conflict of interest WP:COI. Perhaps you should spend some time working on articles with which you are not directly involved in order to develop skills and understanding of Wikipedia and then consider if you should return to edit the article on your employer. I'm sure as head of communications for the school, you have talents that will enable you to make great contributions to Wikipeia. Thanks again!Jacona (talk) 11:33, 6 June 2014 (UTC)
Warnings/Note
editHiya, I actually wanted to apologize for the above warning (which I've now striked), As noted by Spinningspark your edits are in good faith,
I for some reason just thought you were editing on behalf of the school with some of your edits hence the warning,
Anyway apologies for that!,
Happy Editing :)

The following is a closed discussion. Please do not modify it. |
In 2003, the school was the subject of a Private Finance Initiative (PFI) program involving several other schools (including neighbouring Varndean Secondary School, Blatchington Mill School and Sixth Form College and what was the COMART College of Media and Arts) and the construction firm Jarvis. For Dorothy Stringer this involved the construction of a new sports hall and associated facilities, new music suites, art studios and very recently (delete very recently) some new ICT suites. The year of 2011, Dorothy Stringer will be hosting "Grease. This year the school will be staging a production of (delete this year to of) Spring Awakening add (2012) DNA (2013) under dance show add With over 250 students performing over the 2 nights at ‘the Dome’ delete the summer concert all together it does not happen anymore
DELETE from HERE DISH - In 2005, Dorothy Stringer completely changed the format, layout and approach taken to the monthly newsletter. This was relocated to a new, dedicated office and an emphasis on student involvement led to the establishment of a permanent (annual) student writing team. The newsletter (renamed DiSH) seeks to be relevant and interesting to the students of the school, and the balance of content has shifted away from academic department news towards a magazine that is opinionated, nationalist and in which pictures are integral. Partly flowing from this change, To HERE it does not happen anymore ADD A weekly online parent newsletter is produced tailored to each yeargroup. Can the controversy section be deleted? thank you
