Why did you block me?

Request reason:
I guess we may have the same IP adress, but I don’t understand how am I a sockpuppet of another user, who made the account in 2023. I made my account in 2021. I guess you purposely tried to block me for standing up to authoritarian Administrators. WikiManUser21 (talk) 5:42 am, Today (UTC+2)

I’ve decided to appeal my block in order to hopefully return to editing and proving myself as a useful Wikipedia user, unlike last time. I’ve been blocked for numerous reasons: making disruptive edits within Wikipedia, ignoring warnings coming from fellow Wikipedians and using sockpuppets to bypass my block.
