What does "checkuser" mean or better yet what does it prove
Decline reason:
It is a tool, available for use by a restricted number of users, that allows someone with the tool to check what IP addresses you've been editing from, along with other technical information that can be used to compare you to other accounts. A "confirmed" result means that the technical evidence, along with the public logged information such as your contributions, shows beyond any reasonable doubt that you are the same person as another account.
