Important Notice: I may delete some old, non important junk on my talk page or old stuff on here. Don't expect it to stay.
NOTE: If I don't respond, leave me alone as I do not want to respond or due to the following reasons under I-I-I-I:
- I acknowledged it
- I want to ignore you
- I am busy
- I considered it offensive in my opinion or inappropriate
Also, it is my opinion if I want to respond, and if I remove the message but bring it back, STOP HARASSING ME!
I am participating in the August AfC Backlog Elimination drives and may not respond quickly or swiftly.
This was an easy pass of WP:NSPECIES and should not have been draftified. Please ensure you know when and when not to draftify going forward. Thanks. Sulfurboy (talk) 22:14, 10 August 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks for letting me know. Considering this is more of an recent rule made, I would of not of known or heard this, as I don't really edit in Species of any kind, just sorting out the New Page Patrol Backlog. Wikiediter2029 (talk) Nosey? Stalk My edits 22:23, 10 August 2026 (UTC)
- No worries. Just understand when you draftify something you're replacing the NPP backlog with a furtherance of the AfC backlog. So it's just creating more work unless the article truly does need to be draftified. I should also say I'm not the biggest fan of the absolute influx of bare bones species stubs made on the daily (I have to approve like a dozen a day out of AfC it feels), but consensus is what consensus is. Sulfurboy (talk) 22:26, 10 August 2026 (UTC)
- Really does when you think about it, I might consider reviewing at AfC. I remembered having joining Wikipedia that it took only a week, now months but would come to nothing anyway (considering I was not experienced last year), Wikiediter2029 (talk) Nosey? Good article nominations RfC
[edit]Hi Wikiediter2029,
There is an ongoing Request for Comment (RfC) at Wikipedia:Good article nominations/August 2026 RfC, which you may be interested in because in the past year, you have nominated or reviewed more than one good article nomination. This message has also been sent to all subscribers to the Good Article Gazette. The RfC contains many proposals (33 at the time of writing), which are split into the following categories: nominators, reviewers, reviews, volunteer roles, reviewing initiatives, and others. However, you are more than welcome to add any proposals of your own that you wish to put to the community.
By the end of September, all the proposals will have been closed by an uninvolved editor, either as a consensus for one of the options or with no consensus. At this point, editors will be invited again to develop these proposals into coherent policy and implement them.
Thank you for your contributions to the good articles project, and I look forward to your input! (in solidarity), JacobTheRox(talk|contributions) 16:03, 11 August 2026 (UTC)
In re Draft:Natalya Koehn
[edit]Hey friend. Just as a heads up, the bolding issues that were on this draft was almost certainly due to their LLM usage (there's other very obvious indicators on the page as well, see WP:AISIGNS). The problem with your decline is that it gives them a chance to hide that bolding which would make it less obvious for reviewers to suss out it's AI. Also, issues with MOS are not typically a reason we would ever decline in AfC. Cheers and thanks for reviewing! Sulfurboy (talk) 01:48, 14 August 2026 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, Could you please tell me what exactly I have to do for this article. I am new editor, also I need to know which part you feel as like as Ai written. ZSIslam (talk) 00:10, 15 August 2026 (UTC)

Sections
[edit]New editors often struggle a bit with getting sections/formatting right—on Draft:2026 Mechanicville familicide, I would remove the first section heading (having the first section duplicate the title is another common error) and make all the following section headers bigger, and that will likely look a lot more like what you're expecting. It's a pretty quick fix, and then you can focus on other issues. LittlePuppers (talk) 02:34, 18 August 2026 (UTC)
AfC August Backlog Drive: Only ten days left!
[edit]
Hi Wikiediter2029, thanks for participating in the Articles for Creation August Backlog Drive! We've done amazing work so far, dropping the backlog by more than 3000 drafts already. We have around 1300 drafts outstanding, and we need your help to get that down to zero in the next 10 days. We can do this, but we need all hands on deck to help make it happen – if everyone who signed up to the drive reviewed just 1–2 drafts a day for the next ten days, we'd be down to zero in no time! A list of the pending drafts can be found at WP:AFCSORT, where you can select submissions in your area of interest, or you can find a random submission here. Thank you so much for your work so far, and happy reviewing! MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:20, 21 August 2026 (UTC)
Response to AfC review of 11 August 2026
[edit]Thanks for reviewing the draft. Could you please clarify which issue you consider to remain unresolved?
The previous review specifically asked for multiple independent, reliable secondary sources providing critical coverage. Since that review, the draft has been substantially revised and now includes, among others:
- Dirk Wieschollek’s review of Neolithic Brass in Neue Zeitschrift für Musik (2018);
- Wieschollek’s review of Amphiference / Are You Prepared Experience in neue musikzeitung (2022);
- Lukas Hermann’s two-page review of Sinusoidal Run Rhythm in Positionen (2024).
These are independent editorial publications and contain critical discussion of different parts of Krebber’s work. The draft also cites the 2026 Preis der deutschen Schallplattenkritik jury statement concerning Next to Your Fire.
As the current decline only says that the issue “seems to not be solved or fixed”, it would be very helpful if you could indicate which of these sources you consider insufficient under WP:BASIC / WP:CREATIVE or WP:NMUSIC, and on what grounds. That would make it possible to address any remaining issue specifically. Thank you. Caprimul (talk) 15:52, 21 August 2026 (UTC)
