Help me!

Please help me with...

i don't know what is happening .. i just found an old post and reported it..and i was blocked... i want to edit two articles...in wikipedia.

i am completely new and don't know all the rules..its very confusing. out here..

kindly help.............

i have three problems

1) i have been blocked ..i have already filed a review but no help..

2) i want to create a new post about Andaman Sheekha, one of the most loved newspaper of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, India... which is also in Newseum...

3) i want to edit one profile of Naresh Chander lal with more references...

kindly guide me....

The undisclosed use of more than one account is not permitted if doing so to violate policy, give the appearance that one position is favored over another, or other purposes spelled out in our sockpuppet policy. Help me!

Please help me with...

I am new to wikipedia .. Pratap.cpdelhi is an id which i used to used long back and that can be seen by any editor . now i neither have password nor access to it.. this can be checked by the log...anytime by any one..... i am using my new account.. but suddenly i have been blocked unfairly...

i am too much disturbed by this fact and leaving wikipedia for ever .. it feels wikipedia is a community of certain people, who can do whatever they want and who can set so very complex rules that others can't follow.

about andaman, India there are dozens of topic which carry wrong details ...i want to be an active part and edit it but ..i have been removed..so please be with all the wrong details.....

before leaving i have few questions. 1) Is there any sensible person in wikipedia who can cross check Pratap.cpdelhi logs and understand that the account is no longer active... and dead.. so i have only option to use another ID...

2) Andaman Sheekha is a prominent newspaper in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, is there a crime to upload details about Andaman Sheekha in wikipedia? When atleast half a dozen people can include their profile in wikipedia showing reference of andamansheekha why can't andamansheekha be a page? This is shame that wikipedia works in such a wrong policy of blocking people who are contributing.... this is shame that rules of wikipedia are not written in a very easy format so that new people can understand.

Hello. I'll answer your specific questions one by one:

1. I can see that the Pratap.cpdelhi account hasn't made any publicly visible edits since 2014, but I cannot see deleted edits. Only admins can see deleted edits. If you disagree with your block, there are ways to appeal it. It looks like you've already made contact with the UTRS block appeal system. I don't know what they told you, but if the option is still open to you, you can also appeal your block here on your talk page. Please see our Guide to appealing blocks for details.
2. An article can exist on Andaman Sheekha if, and only if, the newspaper has received significant coverage in reliable third-party sources that are writing about the newspaper. See WP:CORP and WP:42 for a simple explanation. It is theoretically possible that the newspaper may have written articles that are cited on Wikipedia to show that some topic has received coverage, while not having received coverage itself. Being a publication that writes about other things does not necessarily mean that other publications have written about that newspaper.
