Moneybookers

Hello, I understand you might be frustrated with your experience with Moneybookers company - but Wikipedia does not serve for professing personal opinions (see WP:NOT). I was unable to locate any provision in the document that you had linked that would allow Moneybookers to close a customer's account and claim all the funds without notice. There seem to be several problems with your editing of Moneybookers. I shall try to clarify the issues, in the hope that doing so may help you to understand what those problems are.

1. The statements you make about the terms of use of the company differ significantly from those given in the source you refer to, in several ways. For example, the section of the business's terms of use that you quote does not say that the company can "terminate their business relying solely on their own discretion": on the contrary, it specifies quite limited circumstances in which it may do so; nor does it state that such termination may take place "with no explanation". Nothing there suggests that the company can "keep any funds one will have there", or that termination will "mean loose of funds" (presumably you mean loss of funds).
2. Your statement that "by no means this source can be a safe place for financial operations" is your own judgement or opinion, and is not contained in the source you refer to. A Wikipedia article must be written from a neutral point of view, and must not contain an editor's own opinion or commentary, no matter how justifiable that editor thinks his or her point of view is.
3. The answer to "How Wikipedia may restrict from giving important information on financial organizations that may make you loose your money?" is as follows. Wikipedia's goal is to serve as a conveniently accessible source for information which is already published in reliable sources. We do not accept original publication of new contributions to human knowledge, including statements which are derived from reliable sources, but developed so as to go beyond what those sources say, as in the case of your statement that "by no means this source can be a safe place for financial operations". Wikipedia is not the place to try to expose or publicise facts that you think the world should know more about. You may find it helpful to read this section of the page Wikipedia:Tendentious editing. Also relevant are Wikipedia:Truth and Wikipedia:Advocacy.
4. If you disagree with one or more other editors, it is not helpful to keep on endlessly repeating the edits you want in the face of reversion by others. Doing so is known as edit warring. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement. Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states Do not edit war even if you believe you are right. If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you continue to engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.
