Copyright problem

Mark Twain Vaction Home Quarry Farm, a page you created, has been deleted as a copyright violation, as most of the text was taken literally from [1]. Wikipedia pages should be based upon reliable sources, but written in your own words.

If you would recreate this article, perhaps Quarry Farm would be a better title, since that seems to be the name that this house or location is best known as. Fram (talk) 20:09, 1 September 2008 (UTC)

These are genuine quotations from a well-known IT industry figure. However on their own they are not appropriate content for the encyclopedia per WP:NOTCATALOG.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Crowbar (software) and Katello have been deleted, as they both contained substantial amounts of content copied from elsewhere. I see that you have received several messages about copyright infringements, the first one being from just over five years ago. If some thing is GPL aka like the sources that that has been cite such as GPL v2 etc , it has a copy right that can be used by wikipedia IMHO, as someone who has 10+ years in the open source movement it is sad when people delete things that people pay me to install.
