Hello, Willibs, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia. Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who use multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections. You are obviously also User:WilliVerse. This is something you need to explain. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 14:06, 16 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but using them for illegitimate reasons is not, and that any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Drmies (talk) 14:53, 16 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

Hi Drmies how do I reply to you?

Request reason:

Sorry, I use a laptop and a smartphone separately and somehow have created two separate accounts on each one - must be because I couldn't remember the password, anyway I randomly switch between the two devices on an adhoc basis depending on whichever is accessible to whatever I'm doing at that point in time. Should I try and deactivate one of the accounts and try log in to the same one on both devices? What does socking mean? What is wrong with creating a page for the definition of statecraft? At the moment there is no page solely dedicated to describing the word "statecraft". At the moment there is only a page that links you to random pages that don't describe statecraft, but use the word statecraft to talk about the topics that they are interested in talking about. Keen to hear any feedback from you so that I know what is the appropriate course of action to take.

Accept reason:

I am unblocking, with the agreement of the blocking administrator. It is best to use only one account unless you have specific reasons for using more than one, and if you do have reason to do so then you should clearly state on the user page of each account what other accounts you have, and preferably also briefly explain why you use more than one. • To be perfectly clear about this, there is nothing to say you can't have more than one account, only that you mustn't use them in abusive ways. Common examples of abuse of two or more accounts are using different accounts to contribute to the same discussion, so as to give the misleading impression of independent support for an opinion from another person, and repeating the same edits to an article to try to get round the policy on edit-warring. I have checked the editing history of both your accounts, and I see no sign of abuse of multiple accounts. From what Drmies wrote above, it seems that he blocked you because you didn't answer his question about use of two accounts. If that is the right understanding, then since you have now answered, it should now be OK to unblock you. However, I will check with Drmies to see whether there are other considerations that I have missed. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 12:21, 18 May 2016 (UTC)Reply

Okay, well I have logged out of Willibs now, probably forever, and only logged into williverse. — Preceding unsigned comment added by WilliVerse (talkcontribs) 11:07, 19 May 2016 (UTC)Reply
