Unsigned message from 2600:1700:b351:220:d9fc:bfc2:f0c1:e227

When Phil went to confront his brother Leonard, he was met by Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, Little Walter, a 6 other well-hung African American gentleman who pinned Phil down, tied him over a barrel, and gang-raped him for over an hour. Surprisingly, Phil did not contact the police or retaliate. On the contrary he opened Chicago's first singer's club. Personal friends of Phil Chess reported that the gang-rape completely changed Phil's outlook on life.

This seems totally made up. These blues musicians committed criminal sexual assault on Phil Chess? I can find no evidence this really happened. Sounds like a racist made up story.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1700:b351:220:d9fc:bfc2:f0c1:e227 (talk)

I simply changed your comment to a [citation needed] template, effectively serving the same purpose while being more in line with common Wikipedia practice. I am making no assertions in regards to the validity of the claims. Further discussion should occur at Talk:Macomba Lounge. Zudo (talk) 13:21, 21 July 2021 (UTC)

Edit to Stephanie Zvan's page

You removed my addition to Stephanie Zvan's page where I said she had harassed and bullied a woman on her now-deleted blog, as she pretends to be an advocate for women. Here is the proof from the end of the internet:

https://web.archive.org/web/20170412002956/http://quichemoraine.com/2010/01/libel-and-legalistic-bullying/

There were other emails but they weren't saved, so all you have is the web.archive

Clearly, she was fishing for harassment for this woman, who I know very well.

Rollback granted

Hi Zudo. After reviewing your request, I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when using rollback:

  • Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
  • Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
  • Rollback should never be used to edit war.
  • If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
  • Use common sense.

If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into trouble or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! - TheresNoTime 😺 12:02, 31 July 2021 (UTC)

Much appreciated! Zudo (talkcontribs) 12:11, 31 July 2021 (UTC)

You removed the backlink about automatic watches. This link is not inappropriate. As I can show you hundreds of links linked to affiliated blogs. If a website is providing the right information along with using affiliate links, that does not mean the website is spamming. We write content by spending sleepless nights. Every website has a different model of earning to manage the content and other expenses. As nothing is free on the internet. Even Wikipedia asks for money donations from users. So, I request you to please allow my link to be associated with this article. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gouravsingla05 (talkcontribs)

First of all, you should avoid adding external links to the page body. However, my main reason for removing this link relates to a couple of issues mentioned at WP:LINKSTOAVOID: the information from the page could be incorporated into the article itself, and (more importantly) the page includes affiliate links - although I appreciate the difficulty of monetising web content, Wikipedia is not a collection of links, and using it to promote a page for financial gain is problematic.
Please avoid adding links like this in the future. Zudo (talkcontribs) 15:44, 31 July 2021 (UTC)
