Open College (Toronto)

edit

I've moved your reference to CKUA and CKMO from the lede of Open College (Toronto) since the article is actually about Open College specifically and not about educational radio in Canada in general so the references were out of place in the lede. I've found a reference to CKUA carrying Open College programs and put that into the article and added the two radio stations to the "see also" section. Perhaps you would like to create a broader Educational radio in Canada or Educational broadcasting in Canada article that can do those stations and the issue in general more justice? There is an online article on the topic here that may be useful. I do have a reference for Open College offering the first university level credit courses by radio in Canada[1] now it's not an academic source and it could be wrong, though the person who wrote it, Bill Dulmage, appears to have done extensive research on Canadian radio stations (and has also written on CKUA-AM[2] and CKUA-FM[3] . I am aware that educational radio existed previously, particularly (and perhaps only) at CKUA, but did they offer actual post-secondary credit courses prior to CJRT or just lectures and school broadcasts aimed at elementary and secondary?
