Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), such as at Wikipedia:Teahouse, please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Hi there, I am happy to help you with editing Exercise Tiger and add good sources, so that you can get your edits onto the page and not have any disputes over the point of view, the sources or the original research. All of these policies are taken very seriously, so if you want to have the material on the page restored they definitely have to be taken into account. Hi Nigel S. Lewis, unfortunately, there is no way to erase your name from the edit history and I don't think you can change your username either. If you would like to contact me, you can do so on my talk page, although this will be accessible to everyone, very few people visit my talk page so it will be seen by very few people if anyone. I wouldn't say you need to have your name removed from the edit history - it is nothing to be ashamed of and everyone makes mistakes. If you really would like to contact me personally, you can drop me an email, which I can tell you if you talk to me on my talk page (although I'm not sure if you need to for the reason above). More on that: your edit on this page Wikipedia:Teahouse/Questions/Archive 964 ([2]) is not the right place, we don't edit pages after they're archived (almost nobody will see it).

You could ask that question at Willbb234's talkpage, or here at your talkpage. If you want someone's quick(er) attention in a discussion, you can use a WP:PING, which lights a little red "light" at the top of their page. There are several ways, for example you can write {{u|Willbb234}} which turns into Willbb234 and alerts Willbb234. For this to work, you also have to properly WP:SIGN your message in the same edit or else it doesn't work, but you seem to have mastered the art of signing.
