Speedy deletion nomination of User:Wixio

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (the page is newly created today 25th January, 2018 and under-going editing process. Changes are still being made and a rash decision to delete a page under construction might be too harsh and discourage the user from using wikipedia.
