Image without license

Help me!

Please help me with pictures that were removed from my "New Sandbox" page and Wiki. I imagine I missed something regarding how to keep them available as long as I asked the owner to email the permission to Wiki. The email I sent to him for the request was copied directly from the recommended letters to request copywrite permission. What did I forget? Thanks, Wkraft33 (talk) 18:08, 18 October 2018 (UTC)

You forgot to add an {{OTRS Pending}} template. I could restore it and add one. However if this is to be a free image with permission from the copyright holder, it would be better to add it direct to commons, to save someone having to move it later. You can do that at c:Commons:Upload, and don't forget the OTRS pending. Ronhjones  ^(Talk) 20:26, 18 October 2018 (UTC)
