please unblock me

Request reason:
Caught by an open tproxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 85.68.80.165 . Nothing abnormal: I use tablette and laptop at home behind cable modem with same user id other times as anonymous, with version mobile, other time version desktop. Im a trnaslator admin. Place any further information here. Wladek92 (talk) 15:13, 21 July 2022 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Procedural unblock decline as your account is not directly blocked, so I can't lift it. Your home setup really isn't the issue; it's the server you use. And really the best way to deal with it is to go to WP:IPECPROXY, where you can follow the instructions to request IP block exemption and not have this be an issue again. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:39, 22 July 2022 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
