Great! I can see above that you created an article that was speedily deleted, but this doesn't mean you're not allowed to create the article. Basically, the subject of an article has to be notable (see this page for details) in order to have its own article on Wikipedia. Your article was speedily deleted the first time because it gave no indication of notability whatsoever. If you believe the topics are notable, it's a good idea to start them in your user space. That gives you unlimited space and time to work on them, and you can move them to their own page once they've got a good start. This way, your brand new article won't be deleted in its first minutes. You can start creating pages in your user space by creating pages like User:Written123/Article name here. I'll give you help or advice anywhere you need it, so just ask! I'm back

Hey, Written, I've been out of town which is the reason I haven't responded to you. However, I'm back now. If you're interested in creating articles, you should take a look at Wikipedia:Requested articles for articles that need to be created.

Many articles have already been created, but almost all of them need improvement. If there's any topic, specific place, event or anything that you're interested in, there's probably a link on the article's talk page to a Wikiproject that supports the article. Wikiprojects are groups dedicated to improving articles of specific topics, and can put you in the right direction on how to improve them. If you can't find one, you can ask me and I will help you find one. However, if you really want to create new articles, take a look at Wikipedia:Your first article on what a basic article needs, and then go to requested articles for suggestions.
