Hello, I have undone your reversion of my most recent edit to cottage cheese.

You claim the USDA says cottage cheese has comparable levels to most cheeses, citing ricotta. However, ricotta is not a typical cheese in that it incorporates whey. I used the word "most" for this exact reason in my most recent edit.

The truth is that cottage cheese does have significantly more sugars than most popular cheeses, and that is coming from the USDA. About 7X the lactose of mozzarella and 25X that of cheddar. These are the two most popular cheeses and, aside from fresh, directly acidifed cheeses like queso fresco, or those that use whey like ricotta, both of which are much less common, cottage cheese has more lactose.

Please continue the discussion here if you disagree with my edit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nachotacl (talkcontribs) 01:44, 25 February 2023 (UTC)Reply

If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Julietdeltalima (talk) 21:16, 27 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

I have reverted most of your edits in Quark (dairy product) of May 2023 as they confused the structure of the article and introduced some errors.

I would like to ask you to discuss the intended changes on the talk page of the respective articles beforehand and then let an experienced editor do the actual edits as it can be quite troublesome to correct the problems you introduce.
