Anthropology of Asiaphilia

This is the German anthropology professor.You rearranged the anthropology section very well.Thank you very much, Wzhoa553.I did some minor changes to have it 100% scientifically correct.You know now that I contributed valuable information. Let us do some anthropological stuff together, e.g. we could rewrite the virago article with a classical anthropology section.It was censored and deleted by anthropology professor Steve Rubenstein and his helpers(Athens,Ohio).He was called the leader of a "cabal" of about ten users censoring anthropological and Jewish-related articles.I hope you join me there and you will soon recognize that he behaved incorrectly and ideological.Now the "Asian fetish" article is first class and unique on the net and I think unique in the whole censored anthropological literature.Well-done. Could you tell me please on this page if you like to join me on the virago article, then I give you more information about the anthropological virago (type A and type B) and its racial and historic implications (e.g. Babylonian salzikrum concept in the Codex Hammurapi 1700 B.C. or the earliest women pharaohs 3000 B.C. (Neithhotep) or a unique analysis of Elizabeth Bathory, the "blood countess". Prof. Rubenstein fears these matters so much that he deleted the whole article with his helpers (if you like you can image-google ""Steve Rubenstein"+Ohio" to see a photo of him). I can give you literature that claim the Europid virago is critical in the rise of feminism. As a curiosity of science, I would like to inform you about the myth of the "Red Jews" and their collaboration with the "amazons"(1200 C.E. onwards).I have spend more than 50 years with more less intense study of these phenomenon. Hello, Wzhao533.Please be aware that "Mongolid" means Asian races, "Mongoloid" means "similar to the Asian races" and "Mongoliform "having some characteristic features of the Asian races" according to Eickstedt's Trivialnamen. I would suggest to change again "Mongoloid" and "Palaemongoloid", becuase it is incorrect.One could label some Alpinids as Palaemongoloid, too.Unfortunately , the wiki article on Mongoloid is misleading.Yours, Karl.

This isn't any criticism because I've made the same mistake. I put a note into the history of Asian fetish that your edit wasn't minor, just to let people who have it in their watchlist, but block minor edits, would know about it. Please refer to discussion page of the article for my explaination of what I have done. I object to this person's characterization of me as part of a "Rubenstein group." I acted entirely alone and am part of no group. This anon has characterized anyone who disagrees with what he is doing as "deputys" of Slrubenstein. In reality, Slrubenstein was simply the first to catch on to what he is up to. I and many others had similar problems with his edits on Virago (see discussion page of that article). I've done some editing of Asian fetish based on Wikipedia policy, particularly Wikipedia: Neutral point of view and Wikipedia: No original research. I've also left a note for Slrubenstein to alert him to what has been happening to the Asian fetish article. Ok, I tried googling some of the topics that this Karl user is suggesting and guess what kind of links I found? Links to racist white supermacist sites such as Stormfront. It appears that the "Asian Fetish" article is under a coordinated attack by white supremacists. Given this lunatic's claims of "Jewish Conspiracy" and "cabals", I have half a mind to delete the entire anthropology section completely. Someonewho misrepresents themselves and misstates their intentions can only be assumed to have malicious intentions.OneViewHere 00:26, 31 January 2006 (UTC)

Reasonable approach

I appreciate the reasonable approach you are taking (both at Talk: Asian fetish and here). That will go a long way towards improving the article in the long run, IMO. I had a question about your recent comments on the AF talk page (18:46, 31 January 2006 (UTC)). Because it appears directly below a comment by the man who "will never stop," it may be seen as responding to him. However, your comments seem to relate to mine on folk anthropology. Deletions on Talk Pages

With respect, I would ask that you revert your deletions of comments from the page Talk:Asian fetish. I think it may be entirely appropriate to refactor comments, e.g. onto an archive page, but outright deletion is an extreme violation of WP etiquette. As an addendum, I will point out that all WP votes allow for comments. It really is inappropriate to delete them, even in the spirit of "cleaning up". Respectfully, because you seem like a very respectable administrator, may I take the opportunity here to ask you what should be done in the case of NPOV disputes when it centers around "Anglo-American focus"? Specifically, I refer to the statement found in Npov#Anglo-American_focus which states:

Wikipedia seems to have an Anglo-American focus. Is this contrary to the neutral point of view?

What should be done with articles which are about subjects discussed primarily by an ethnic minority? The article on Asian fetish is an article on a term that was coined and is used by Asian American writers, to describe a form of racism which Asian Americans believe that they feel. In editing the article, I have assumed an Asian American POV, and cited Asian American and other ethnic studies academics in published journals and books. Is not the suppression of this minority viewpoint a form of systematic bias and a violation of NPOV? --Wzhao553 18:59, 24 February 2006 (UTC)

You need to try to discuss it on the talk page. If that doesn't bring out any consensus, then you need to try to bring in a wider audience: the best way of doing this is probably to list an article WP:RFC; possibly add a message (neutrally) describing the controvery on talk pages of (a few) related articles likely to have editors who are interested William M. Your POV Vandalism

Don't you find it interesting that the POV you push at Asian fetish so closely matches that of your white supremacist friend above? Anyone claiming to be anti-racist and having any integrity at all would ask himself why. You won't, of course, because you're always right and everyone else is always wrong. And besides, you OWN the article, don't you? That's what allows you to post opinions sourced by opinion articles, and to shout down everyone else.

Intolerance, belligerence, arrogance, double-standards, and everything else you have shown me at this article, are ugly and wrong no matter what side they come from. Not just when they come from WHITE supremacists. Thanks in no small part to you, Asian fetish, the article you think you own, casts doubt on the quality of Wikipedia. Hey Wzhao, thanks for the welcome. The article's incomplete, as most of my additions came from a secondary source (the Goddard book in the bibliography) and its own footnotes. However, according to J. Kritzneck, "Robert of Ketton's Translation of the Qur'an," Islamic Quarterly 2(1955), the Latin translation commissioned by Peter was undertaken by Robert. I haven't heard of Peter of Toledo...perhaps you are thinking of Mark of Toledo? He also translated the Qur'an into Latin. And I think the title of Robert's work was Lex Mahumet pseudoprophete, not Alkoran vel Alkyren. I'm unfamiliar with Mark, but I bet the relevant info is in Thomas E. Burman, "Tafsir and Translation: Traditional Arabic Quran Exegesis and the Latin Qurans of Robert of Ketton and Mark of Toledo," Speculum 73, 3 (July 1998). Cataloguing by nationality

If "British mathematicians" were to be used exclusively as a category cataloguing mathematicians that happened to be British (according to X or Y), then I would vote strongly against the existence of such a category. If the category "British mathematicians" has any value (something I am not convinced of), it derives from the fact that styles of mathematics tend to clump geographically, and that any mathematician working in Britain tends to be catalogued as a British mathematician, regardless of "actual" nationality (in her eyes or somebody else's). There isn't any parallel with the current attempt to catalogue mathematicians according to somebody's quasi-racial scheme. (Whose and what scheme it is - that is something I do not know; do you?) None of these are examples of the cultural self-identification of the mathematicians cited. (Incidentally, I don't believe that is the criterion currently being used for the categories.) Rather, you are mentioning examples of mathematical communities defined by geography and language of communication. "Greek geometry" is the geometry done by Greek speakers; it includes the work of mathematicians in the Hellenistic world. "Islamic mathematics" includes non-Muslims (see the page); it's just a name for the mathematics developed in a certain place at a certain time. As for Alan Turing - people who were not British citizens also contributed to the British war effort (and, if I am not mistaken, people who were not British citizens are listed as British mathematicians, on the grounds of their living in the UK.) I think we more or less agree. However, if British mathematicians comes up for a vote, I shall vote to rename it Mathematicians working in Britain or Mathematicians working in British academia. When mathematicians speak, we mean no. 2 or no. 3 when we say no. 1; still, outsiders could be misled, and the category could be subject to what I would see as a misuse (namely, an attempt to classify mathematicians by passport or by kinship with Fair Albion or what have you). Sex crimes against Asian women

So it looks like the article is about to be deleted. I have saved the text here - User:HongQiGong/Sex_crimes_against_Asian_women. I think it would be good to add the contrasting statements from the USDOJ and Yale Daily News to the Asian Fetish article, and also to add the sources on the article to the Asian Fetish article. But I don't agree with adding the list to the article as it could grow to be a very long list. Instead, I'd rather write short articles out of each of those cases and make a Category for them. Re: Wikipedia:Harassment

It may be pretty hard to just delete revisions of the talk page, since I'd probably also have to delete any revisions containing remarks from users other than Logoi. I've let Logoi know that you have a problem with what he's been doing and have warned him that he may be blocked if he keeps doing it. I have his talk page, and yours, on my watchlist now so that I can check for any future problems.

I've just posted about this to the administrators' noticeboard, WP:AN/I. Please keep that page on your watchlist for a few days; some other admins may reply to my post there.
