You do have some latitude

You do have some latitude in how you curate this page, but please consider how other editors will view this non-standard behaviour. They may think:

1. Are you discouraging collaborative communication by shunting anything you deem chastising to another page?
2. Are you trying to conceal a history of warning messages but not having them on your talk page?
3. If you choose not to follow the norms for user talk pages, what other norms might you not want to follow?
4. Hrm...He was warned about X, deleted the warning, and did it again. Should I leave another warning, or should I just file a report at the administrators' noticeboard straightaway? (And policy requires that a message is left on the User talk page of any editor reported to AN/I.)

Remember that Wikipedia is a community. As editors, we don't exist in vacuums. We need to interact with other editors to collaborate on the project. Please reconsider how your approach to your talk page will cause you to appear to the rest of the community. —C.Fred (talk) 15:48, 16 February 2018 (UTC)
