Yeah, that's not going to happen. For a start I can't simply take your word for it that you are actually Richard P. Crandall, the author of the webpage the content was taken from. You would need to follow the instructions here to prove it. But I suggest you don't do that because the content of the draft is completely unsuitable for Wikipedia. Wikipedia isn't going to have an article which says someone has invented an antigravity device and has his publication schedule dictated personally by God, even if that person has appeared on television. One way or another it's going to be deleted. If you want to know why then I suggest you read WP:FRINGE, WP:UNDUE and WP:REDFLAG.
