Luca Santonocito

As you can see here, Luca Santonocito was previously deleted via AFD, since he fails WP:ATHLETE (he has never played a single match in a fully professional league). Every other recreation of the article is therefore subjected to speedy deletion under WP:CSD#G4 (recreation of deleted material). The article was deleted following overwhelming consensus, so don't blame me. And please note football is NOT an amateur sport: for what I know, the SPL is fully professional, as is the Italian Serie A (where Inter plays). And sure, all Celtic reserve players with no first team appearances are potentially eligible to be deleted under our current guidelines. Policy is that scans of cover art or any other work that has been produced under copyright has to:

1. Include one of the licensing templates indicating that is is not a free to use image. And
2. Include a fair use rationale for why the non-free image is being used in a Wikipedia article.

The only time {{cc-by-sa-3.0}} should be used is when all parties that would have an interest in the work have signed off on releasing it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License.

You may want to revisit older images you have uploaded to make sure they are in line with our image policy.

ArbCom 2018 election voter message

Hello, YXN. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
