Adding blank lines to tables

Hello, YesTheBest. I've noticed that you've been adding blank lines to various lists of titleholders. This is not appropriate when the titleholder has not yet been chosen. I've reverted the ones that I've come across and I am asking that you stop adding any more. If you feel these blank lines are appropriate, I'll be happy to discuss.
