Is there a tool for monitoring recent changes that also includes a quick way to add a template to the talk page of the user who made the edit? (Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this.) YodaRULZ (talk) 21:42, 26 September 2012 (UTC)

editThank you for patrolling some of Felipito1.966's disruptive edits. It seems the user has a long history of this behavior. See the user's talk page, which has been deleted but past versions contain a long list of infractions. I am new to patrolling recent changes and do not know the procedure for escalating any wikipedia oversight to a user's disruptive edits. I normally use WPCVN for recent changes patrolling, but recently it hasn't been loading for me. Are there any similar websites or programs?

You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
