Welcome
editHi, welcome to Wikipedia. Regarding your edit to Template:Palestinian Arab villages depopulated during the 1948 Palestine War, the term "1948 Israeli War of Independence" is not accurate, both because the template covers things before that war and because we do not call that war the "Israeli War of Independence", we call it the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. The template covers the period of both the 1948 Arab-Israeli War and the 1947–1948 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine, which together make up what historians call the 1948 Palestine War. But please do not continue reverting edits once they have been reverted. The process at that point is to go to the talk page of the article, or here the template, and discuss any issues you might have. Below are some links that should be useful in figuring out how things are done here.

- The wording "Palestinian village" refers to the village itself being populated by Palestinian Arabs and it being in "Mandatory Palestine". The template does not include villages depopulated elsewhere (Lebanon for example), only in what was Mandatory Palestine. nableezy - 20:45, 6 October 2009 (UTC)
