Monitoring medicine
editPlease explain your objection to moving Monitoring medicine to Monitoring (medicine) at Talk:Monitoring medicine. Thanks. --Born2cycle (talk) 22:56, 11 October 2011 (UTC)
- Monitoring in medicine is not "Monitoring medincine". Thanks to technology, medicine is now transforing itself with new names such as "smart medince", "integrative medicinc"' sel tailored etc. "Monitorin medince" is a new kind of medicine that uses advanced biosensors and uses continues monitoring of healty people as a preventive mechanism of avioding getting sick. Togheter with "self-tailored medince" and " preventive medince" it's a total shift in thinking, you won't go to medical care when somting is aching or if there are symptoms, "monitoring medince" is a new way of avoiding clinical problems long before they are apear, maybe years. Medical monitor is just a very old tool for ecg.יוסי קמחי (talk) 00:14, 12 October 2011 (UTC)

- I strongly recommend you read the PLoS essay (doi:10.1371/journal.pcbi.1000941), thanks! It seems you're here to promote "Monitoring medicine" but I'm afraid you may run into trouble with that because Wikipedia is not a soapbox. Let me know if you have any questions. You can ask me at my talk page and there will be a link to it after my name. Thanks! Jesanj (talk) 19:53, 12 October 2011 (UTC)
- I'm not here to promote anything. After 45 years working as a doctor i can only give to others a bit of my knowledge and expirence. Im writing about a new an exiting field that interest me. I have retired long ago and have no reason of promotions of any kind. From some reason other contributers who have'nt even read the article tried to change the name to and "Monitoring (medince)" which is actually medical montoring and by thah chanage the article from the ground with no prior discussion. I'm not sure i'll continue contributing יוסי קמחי (talk) 20:06, 12 October 2011 (UTC)
- It is great to hear that you want to share your knowledge and you are not here to promote anything. I welcome you! It is a documented problem around here that we aren't very welcoming sometimes (see Wikipedia:Please do not bite the newcomers). I hope you'll bear with us a moment. We'd love to have you stick around. (Be tough!!) Thanks. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks again. Jesanj (talk) 20:09, 12 October 2011 (UTC)
