The IP address I'm using right now is currently blocked from editing, help, please. It says I'm using a "web host Provider" while I'm using the same public Wi-Fi in the coffee shop where i created a draft article. I have no other way connecting to the internet where I currently conducting a social experiment for my thesis. thank you.

This account has been created to evade blocks on other accounts. It has probably been created by the same person who used one or more of those accounts, but even if it was a different person it was someone working with the previously blocked editor to help evade the effects of previous blocks, which amounts to the same thing. Such use of account to get round blocks on existing accounts is not permitted by Wikipedia policy, so this one has been blocked too. Instead of repeatedly creating new accounts to try to post a page promoting your organisation, which you know will just be deleted just as the previous versions were, why don't you spend your time on something which actually has a chance of success? But please consider that there are still thousands of youth out here who are a member of that organization who may create the same article with exact title anytime. furthermore, may I invite you to please conduct a personal research about the organization "CFC Youth for Christ" why I believe in its existence? and why we informally creating something, not for our own? Also, It is not my intention to deceive you and your fellow editors. I admit that I just know little about using Wikipedia that is why the previous account was compromised.
