The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Please, see WP:FCOI: An editor has a financial conflict of interest when they write about a topic with which they have a close financial relationship. This includes being an owner, employee, contractor, investor or other stakeholder. You can write articles about subjects where you have a COI (financial or otherwise), and you are encouraged to submit them through the Articles for creation process, like you did, so everything's fine in that sense. But I would recommend you a careful read of the conflict of interest guideline, especially (but not limited to) the section on financial conflict of interest. Thank you for your review. I removed all mentions of awards and the adjective "novel". Please let me know if now it looks good. If you find any further issues, please let me know what they are so I could fix them (I cannot see any at the moment, and just a general statement of issues with the formal tone would be hard to understand). I was not paid for adding this sentence. The sentence is based on a publication at https://eprint.iacr.org/2022/915 (Cryptology ePrint Archive where all crypto papers are published). Ypolyakov (talk) 20:34, 19 July 2022 (UTC)

That is a more narrow distinction than what Wikipedia uses. If you are an employee of Duality Technologies, you should not be writing about Duality Technologies, their products or their projects, open source or not. MrOllie (talk) 20:44, 19 July 2022 (UTC)

As a follow-up, if you believe the new sentence is too biased, please remove the sentence. But the rest of the paper previously underwent the Articles for Creation process, and tagging seems inappropriate to me. I will remove the sentence and the tag. Ypolyakov (talk) 01:58, 21 July 2022 (UTC)

It went through AFC, but you did not make the disclosures required by policy at that time. The tag is valid and should remain - and as a person with a conflict of interest, it is not appropriate for you to remove it. MrOllie (talk) 03:10, 21 July 2022 (UTC)
