Hi Yul B. Allwright, here are my thoughts on what's in your sandbox right now:

  • A minor quibble, but make sure your references consistently come after your punctuation, including commas. Easy to fix in Visual Editor--just drag and drop and that should do the trick!
  • For this sentence ("Genetic testing of plants and animals can be used for similar reasons as in humans (e.g. to assess relatedness/ancestry or predict/diagnose genetic disorders)[4] or to gain information used for selective breeding[5] or efforts to boost genetic diversity in endangered populations") I think instead of having a "This or this or this" format, it would make more sense to have "This, this, or this" so you aren't using the conjunction "or" twice
  • Watch out for relative time references. Instead of saying "Today, in addition to analyzing..." it might make more sense to say "As of 2019, in addition to analyzing...". Some Wikipedia articles can go a long time without being edited or updated, and this will protect the article from becoming misleading as it ages
  • Should be Bloom syndrome instead of Bloom Syndrome
    • celiac is not a proper noun, should be "celiac disease"
    • Same with Late-onset Alzheimer's -> late-onset Alzheimer's
  • Always define initialisms/acronyms at first use (FDA) --disregard if FDA is defined in the article already before this section

Everything looks well referenced and your citations look reliable! Well done overall, just a few minor formatting fixes! Elysia (Wiki Ed) (talk) 18:34, 15 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
