Request reason:

I did not realize I was being disruptive or that I was abusing my editing privileges. It was not my intention to be disruptive (or abuse my editing privileges), and I promise not to be disruptive (or abuse my editing privileges) ever again. Also you say that I'm clearly not here to build an encyclopedia, but I actually do want to build an encyclopedia by providing information that I know over here on Wikipedia. However, I'm not fully aware of the rules yet. If you unblock me, I will thoroughly go over the rules this time and make sure I don't break them. Thank you.
