Deletion of unfounded allegations

A number of false and unfounded sockpuppet allegations have been made about this user account, both on Wikipedia and in an online blog. The allegations relate to a current press imbroglio which itself involves accusations of sockpuppetry. These allegations therefore threaten to put my user account - and potentially my real life identity - under considerable unwanted scrutiny. These allegations are utterly without foundation. I have no personal connection whatsoever with any person publicly associated with the scandal. Any repetition of these allegations here will be deleted forthwith, as will any posts from users who have aired them here or elsewhere. I will try to accept good faith posts, but I reserve the right to delete any post without explanation.Zafio (talk) 01:45, 18 July 2011 (UTC)
