Nottingham Asphalt Tester

Tell us something more about it - the fact that it was invented by x at y in date z is not of much interest unless you tell us what it does, why it is special, how it is used etc. As it stands this article looks like self-promotion (are you, or are you a friend or relation of, the inventor, I wonder?).
