Not only are corporations based in neighborhoods, but the fact is that we aren't dealing with a neighborhood. We are dealing with a Texas management district, which has its own taxing authority, and ts own authority in placing various kinds of improvements to the area. National Oilwell Varco pays money to the Greater Sharpstown Management District. I am putting it back. WhisperToMe (talk) 00:48, 31 December 2010 (UTC)
