I retire not being a sockpuppet or a disruptive editor. I retire a patriot who was rejected his right to post things on a user page. Pathetic.(Zaxby (talk) 05:14, 5 September 2009 (UTC))Reply

Request reason:

reason I have been using good faith in my edits, welcoming new users, and I worked firmly to remove vandalism from articles, but something as simple as my user page got me blocked. I thought I had Freedom of Speech rights when it came to something like my user page. I decorated my user page the way I liked it and some people objected. I had a large number of vandals blocked through AIV. I want the admins here to take a look at my user page before it was deleted and look though for it for themselves and decide if anything I put on there was vulgar or disruptive. I never posted any cuss words, or anything detrimental for that matter about anyone. I should not be blocked and deserve to be unblocked. I have First Amendment rights under the Constitution to post what I want on my user page. I know there are some exceptions. Nothing vulgar or anything nasty on it, which I did not have. Thank you for having me on the site.

Decline reason:

This is Wikipedia, not the United States. We do not have a constitution, nor anything called "freedom of speech." Repeatedly ignoring community consensus is disruptive, and is what got you blocked. Bringing up your other contributions here is not relevant. Hersfold (t/a/c) 05:03, 5 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

reason Please tell me what consensus or rule I violated and show me a link that tells me specifically that putting NASCAR stats on my user page is wrong or disruptive. The user who made the first complaint about it also has done the exact same thing on his sandbox. Why are you not blocking him? I was never given any specific piece of consensus that said posting stats of NASCAR on my user page was wrong. (Zaxby (talk) 05:07, 5 September 2009 (UTC))Reply

Decline reason:

You are not blocked for putting NASCAR stats on your user page, per se, but for not heeding Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/User:Zaxby and other issues with your editing as highlighted at [1] and elsewhere. You do not seem to understand the reason for your block and therefore cannot be unblocked.  Sandstein  06:39, 5 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
