Many new editors are not familiar which WP:MINOR, but in general edits should only be marked as minor in certain specific cases, and I noticed that some of your edits were marked as minor when they probably shouldn't have been. Can you provide more information about the the company, person, or organization SPH who owns the copyright on this photo of Chua? Please refer to WP:NFCC#10a for the type of information generally considered needed. The file you uploaded appears to be a crop of the photo being used shown here, so more information is needed. Non-free content can be uploaded for certain uses on Wikipedia, but it is required to have been published per WP:NFCC#4, which means that might not be allowed to be kept if it's a personal photo of some kind.

Another thing about non-free content is that it's not allowed when there's a reasonable expectation that a free equivalent image can be either found or created to serve the same encyclopedic purpose. Please note that a free equivalent doesn't mean a copyright free version of the exact same image, but only a freely-licensed/public domain image which can serve the same encyclopedic purpose of identification. Chua just died a few months ago, so it's not totally unreasonable in this day and age to expect that there might be a previously taken photo of him somewhere which either has already been released under a free license or which can be released under a free license. It is your responsibility as the file'S uploader to clarify why this is not possible in the non-free use rationale where it says "not replaceable with free media because" since "n.a." is not going to be sufficient. You should also clarify "Respect for commercial opportunities" because once again "n.a." is not sufficient for this type of non-free use. -- Marchjuly (talk) 08:06, 23 June 2018 (UTC)
