Albi Mall moved to draftspace

I've moved your page, Albi Mall, to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. Please note that per WP:COIEDIT, you, as a editor with a conflict of interest, should put drafts through articles for creation, and have a reviewer accept it and move it to mainspace for you.
