• Hi Zhenke. Regarding new photos of Xenia Tchoumitcheva, please contact WP:OTRS, the Volunteer Response Team, at photosubmission@wikimedia.org (and maybe also at info-en@wikimedia.org). In your e-mail message, please include the photo you want to upload and a statement that you own the copyright on it and an agreement to release it under a free license. The form at Wikipedia:Declaration of consent for all enquiries might be useful for the statement of agreement to release the photo. More info about contacting Wikipedia is available at Wikipedia:Contact us and Wikipedia:Contact us - Licensing -- they should be able to answer any remaining questions you have about this. Please refrain from uploading disruptive images with no encyclopedic value, such as Xenia Tchoumitcheva. It is considered vandalism. Thank you. The file you uploaded can be found on Tchoumitcheva's website and unless you yourself took the picture or have the author's permission (which you need to prove) then do not upload pictures under your own claim as it as a copyright violation. This is clearly a WP:SPA account and if you continue to revert images against consensus and guideline then you will be blocked.
