- Just to elaborate: I know that Chongqing Press is a red-link; but, if this is a notable publisher, you are better served by providing an article on it, and having a red link will encourage producing that article (see WP:REDDEAL); if it's not a notable publisher, we don't want what are essentially spam links out to a non-notable commercial entity.
