Speedy deletion nomination of DSHA

edit

Hello ZioVeleno,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged DSHA for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Phil (talk) 05:50, 27 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Data Storage and Handling Assembly, a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Might be better to just edit Sentinel-1 instead of creating whole page for each and every single system aboard said satellite. Add redirect after that if needed. Agreed. It would be great for you to just add the additional detail and description about these systems to the main article for the satellite itself, particularly if you have reliable sources and references about their nature and signficance to the Sentinel-1. Putting it there will actually likely make it visible to more people. There doesn't seem to be any reason to have them in separate articles. Phil (talk) 06:28, 27 April 2016 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of DSHA

edit

The article DSHA has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Abbreviation for non-notable data storage system.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. —teb728 t c 06:38, 28 April 2016 (UTC)Reply
