Valentina Sergeyevna Kibalnikova (Uzbek: Валентина Сергеевна Кибальникова; born 16 October 1990) is an Uzbekistani athlete competing in the sprint hurdles.[2] She represented her country at the 2016 Summer Olympics without advancing from the first round.
