On October 19, 2023, The Wey Gaoshan went on sale in China, Gaoshan is available for 335,800-405,800 yuan. Gaoshan sits on a 5045 (LWB in 5405) /1960/1900 mm chassis with a 3085 (LWB in 3275 mm) mm wheelbase. It adopts a seven or six seater layout.[1]

editThe Gaoshan powertrain is a plug-in hybrid system that comprises a 1.5T turbocharged engine and two electric motors. The engine has a maximum power of 115kW. When combined with the 135kW rear axle motor, delivering a combined output of 358kW (LWB in 337kW) and a peak torque of 762 N·m (LWB in 644 N·m). It gets 0–100km/h in 5.7 seconds. the Gaoshan with electric four-wheel drive. A Svolt-made ternary lithium battery pack with 37.96kWh (LWB in 44.28kWh) capacity enables a 175km CLTC range in electric mode.[1][2][3]

editOn April, 2024, Wey Gaoshan officially arrived in Dubai, marking the first-batch deliveries of the vehicle in the Middle East market.[3]
