Due to patent conflicts, the research was stopped. At the same time, Whitenife secured exclusive rights to the use of Elfh, a patented, mineral-based material, that had an 89% similarity rate to genuine elephant ivory.
Elfh
editElfh is a mineral based composite that is 89% similar to genuine elephant ivory in mechanical and aesthetical properties. The composite's patent is registered under ELFORYN and was developed by a group of European scientists.

editMany of the products of Whitenife are handcrafted and can take up to 450 hours of working. Whitenife has a team of artisans working from parts of Rajasthan, Kerala & West Bengal.
