Auto adds the indef block template to users who have been recently indefblocked, through scripts attached to the block log detecting of indef.

Approved for trial. Please provide a link to the relevant contributions and/or diffs when the trial is complete. for 50 edits or 24 hours, whichever comes first, to monitor the aforementioned categories for backlog criteria and for watching the block log for indefs that aren't tagged.
