Discussion
editHow are you searching for/finding these pages? (please do not ping on reply) Primefac (talk) 07:58, 26 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
- With regex, specifically
insource:/= ?(Personal Life|Early Life|See Also|External Links) ?=/
, which I will expand upon as needed. ~ Eejit43 (talk) 16:14, 26 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]- @Eejit43: This is a task I've been thinking about for a while. Could you also please include "Music Career", "Political Career", "Also see", "see also", "references", "Source", and "Weblinks"? Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 05:30, 4 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
- @GoingBatty will do! I likely won't get to this until the weekend, but I'll do it all then! ~ Eejit43 (talk) 11:28, 4 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
- @Eejit43: Another way to find the appropriate articles would be to do a Database download and use AWB's database scanner, which would avoid the regex timing out.
- Also, why only a one-time run? I'd presume there would be enough bad section headers to warrant running this monthly. GoingBatty (talk) 05:36, 4 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
- In retrospect, I should have done that. I'll see how this run goes, and then go from there. ~ Eejit43 (talk) 11:29, 4 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

- Approved. There is no prejudice against converting this to an as-needed bot task if it is found to be useful. Primefac (talk) 12:36, 17 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
